Operations & Recruiting
The core team responsible for sourcing clinicians, managing placements, and keeping daily operations running
Healthcare Recruiter
Source, screen, and place per diem and contract clinicians across Houston-area facilities. Own the full pipeline from first contact through placement and retention.
Clinician Coordinator
Manage day-to-day scheduling and communication between placed clinicians and client facilities. Confirm shifts, resolve coverage gaps, and handle last-minute changes.
Credentialing Coordinator
Collect, verify, and maintain all clinician credentialing documentation — state licensure, CPR/BLS, background checks, and facility-specific compliance requirements.
Sales & Client Relations
Responsible for acquiring and retaining facility partnerships across the Greater Houston healthcare market
Business Development Representative (SDR)
Prospect and qualify healthcare facility contacts — DONs, administrators, and practice managers — and convert outreach into booked discovery calls for our solutions team.
Client Success Manager
Own the post-placement relationship with facility clients. Conduct regular check-ins, handle service escalations, surface growth opportunities, and ensure every account renews and expands.
Finance & Compliance
Handles payroll processing, billing operations, and regulatory compliance across all clinician placements
Payroll & Compliance Specialist
Process weekly W-2 payroll for the active clinician network, ensure accurate time entry and differential pay, and support credentialing compliance tracking across all placements.
Marketing
Drives clinician recruitment marketing and facility brand awareness across digital channels
Marketing & Content Coordinator
Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and social channels, manage email sequences, and support lead generation campaigns targeting Houston-area healthcare facilities and clinicians.
